It’s often the case that breakfast is described as just that – breakfast, not much to talk about. Not at the Glan Aber, breakfast is cooked to order. Our meats come from local butchers, cured bacon and meaty sausages. Our eggs are local too, as fresh as you like. You can also enjoy Scotch Kippers, Cereals, Pancakes with a choice of toppings including Maple Syrup, Crispy Bacon or Sugar & Lemon and toast made from bread baked right here in the village. We provide a whole selection of teas, infusions and fresh coffee including Segafredo Espresso, Lattes, Cappuccino, Americano and Dwyfor cafetieres.

Welsh Rarebit
An all time favourite here dating back to the 18th Century made with a savoury sauce of melted cheese and mustard and served hot over freshly toasted bakers bread
Eggs – Scrambled, Poached or Boiled
Local eggs scrambled or poached to perfection and served over freshly toasted bakers bread or boiled to how you like them served with fresh, local bread or toast (ask for soldiers if you must….).
Fresh Pancakes
Light and fluffy, made to order with a whole host of fillings – Crispy Bacon & Maple Syrup, Bacon & Sausage, Sugar & Lemon, Selection of Jams or just butter and Maple Syrup.
